Zach (he/him) is a theatre creator and collaborator specializing in all forms of management: stage, production, and technical. Zach’s training in technical theatre began at Queen’s University where he completed his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Drama and then continued his training at The National Theatre School of Canada graduating from the Production Design and Technical Arts program.

Carlos (he/him) has worked as a Technical Director, Production Manager and house technician for different companies and venues in Toronto for the past 6 years. Before moving to Canada, he was a PM for the largest live event company in latin america and co-founded a musical theatre company in Mexico City. Tiffany (she/her) is a multi-disciplinary theatre artist with a focus in technical direction and production management. She’s at her happiest when drafting and problem solving with safety being her top priority while having fun is a close second. Tiffany has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) in Stage and Screen from Queen’s University and is a 2021 graduate from The National Theatre School of Canada’s Production Design and Technical Arts Program. She is forever thankful to have worked with companies such as the Isabel Bader Centre and Lighthouse Festival Theatre.

Leslie (she/her) is a constant bundle of energy who channels her available outputs as a freelance production manager, technical director, and occasionally a lighting designer. She loves all things documented in an excel sheet, labelled, or colour-coded. Leslie is forever grateful for her experiences and training in Production Design & Technical Arts at The National Theatre School of Canada, and sometimes uses her Honours Bachelors of Science in Chemistry with Thesis and her Certificate in Arts Management from the University of Windsor, both of which she keeps in her back pocket.. Crystal’s (she/her) interest in technical theatre and management began in her home province of New Brunswick where she worked as a Theatre Production mentor at the University of New Brunswick. She’s since obtained a Music Composition degree at Mount Allison University and continued training at the Banff Centre for the Arts (Opera Stage Management) and The National Theatre School of Canada (Production Design & Technical Arts). Previously, Crystal has worked at the National Arts Centre on the production management team, and began her independent career as a freelance Production Manager in Toronto where she received a Harold Award for her contributions to the community. Crystal now works full time with Why Not Theatre as their Production and Technical Manager, and with YES Theatre as their Resident Production Manager. (resume link).
